Clients often ask why I became a therapist, so I’d like to share a part of my own journey. As a young man, I found myself in the therapist’s chair, struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Living inauthentically led me to a dark place, but through long-term Psychotherapy, I found healing, empowerment, and a renewed sense of purpose. That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others on their own paths to well-being.

For me, being a psychotherapist is more than just a profession—it is my purpose and way of life. i've been studying in the field now for 12 years and have given myself permission to be a lifelong learner.
