About me

Guiding Your Journey

As a qualified psychotherapist with a decade of experience in the mental health field, I provide confidential, client-centred therapy for adults. I am passionate about creating a supportive and compassionate space where individuals can explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change.

For the past ten years, I have worked with clients worldwide, gaining extensive experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My approach integrates trauma-focused therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Grounded in Attachment Theory and Person-Centred Therapy, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

Clients consistently describe my approach as empathetic, professional, and approachable. My goal is to provide a collaborative, judgment-free space where you can explore challenges, develop resilience, and move toward healing and personal growth.

Your Well-Being Is My Priority

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space to help you navigate your journey toward healing and growth.

Clients often ask why I became a therapist, so I’d like to share a part of my own journey. As a young man, I found myself in the therapist’s chair, struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Living inauthentically led me to a dark place, but through long-term Psychotherapy, I found healing, empowerment, and a renewed sense of purpose. That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others on their own paths to well-being.

I believe that sharing my lived experience is important, as it shapes the compassionate, client-centred approach I bring to therapy. For me, being a psychotherapist is more than just a profession—it is my purpose and way of life. i've been studying in the field now for 12 years and have given myself permission to be a lifelong learner. My mission is to support 100,000 individuals in becoming the best versions of themselves, in whatever way that looks like for each person.
